This work is about freedom and perspective. Clouds are dancing and sweeping across the canvas. The sense of freedom, the open sky, fresh waves, reflected light, and playful pops of bright color lighten the moodiness of a sunset. The impetus to create this big sky painting on a large scale was influenced by our current limited movement. The beauty of the earth beneath us and the sky above us can be a powerful antidote to fear and isolation.
