Alone in a Dark Room is about being alone and facing your past, your thoughts, your feelings, and the patterns that no longer serve you. During quarantine times I think the subject matter is more relatable than ever. I wanted to film a video using items/equipment already in my possession. I believe in using what you have and that the process is as important as the final result.
