This collaborative soundscape promotes mental and physical wellness by encouraging everyone who listens to move their bodies. The piece utilizes three “panels” and 11+ world instruments:

Panel 1.) Soundscape with solo(s) + a dance

Panel 2.) Soundscape that begins and ends with a storm

Panel 3.) Multi-meter, hemiola dance, followed by a final soundscape
